Mont Belvieu, TX | Patients Emergency Room & Hospital announced today significant expansions to its emergency care and hospital services, with two major projects designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community.
The initiatives will include an expansion to the existing Patients ER & Hospital on Interstate 10. This facility opened in 2014 and will undergo an addition that includes 12 licensed beds, an MRI suite, Intensive Care capabilities, additional imaging areas, supplemental parking, and extended patient and staff areas.
“This expansion is about more than brick and mortar—it is about ensuring that our community has access to timely, high-quality emergency care when it matters most,” said Doug Chung, chief executive officer. “We are proud to invest in the health and safety of our patients.”
The second initiative is the addition of a brand new Patients Emergency Room in Dayton on Highway 90. Construction started in June and the facility is located right in the heart of the community. Grand opening for Patients ER Dayton is planned for 2026.
