In essence this means you’re getting the same high-quality care from board-certified ER doctors and registered nurses – plus fast service and all of our inviting extras – for the same price you’d pay at a crowded, uncomfortable hospital emergency room.
We don’t add on extra charges for the exceptional level of care our patients receive, and we make certain to partner with companies that understand our mission and vision. Our current billing service provider works exclusively with emergency rooms and hospitals like ours. They understand and appreciate the high-caliber of service patients expect from us and are committed to meeting those expectations.

*Patients ER & Hospital follows Federal AND Texas State EMTALA protections. ALL patients who present to Patients ER & Hospital are evaluated for the presence of an emergency medical condition, and, if one exists, they will receive emergency stabilization and treatment, including transfer to a higher level of care when necessary, without regard to their ability to pay.
