I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received at Patients ER this past week. I was treated for rhinovirus and bronchospasms, experiencing shortness of breath, wheezing, and overall discomfort. From the moment I arrived, the level of care I received exceeded my expectations.
The front desk staff were kind, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The environmental services team was equally thoughtful, offering kind words and helping me feel comfortable and well cared for.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the exceptional medical team who provided attentive and compassionate care: Dr. Frybarger; Richard, NP; Ashley R., RN; Kayleigh N., EMT; Crystal C.,RN; Adrianna; Jose P., EMT; Chrystal R., RN; Sonia O., RN; Nacole M., RN; Dr. Garza; Luis P., RN; Erica B., RN; Autumn D., RN; Dana P., PEMT; and David S., EMT.

Overall, the entire Patients ER team demonstrated a consistent commitment to treating every patient with respect, compassion, and individualized care. Their dedication to being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, does not go unnoticed.

I was very ill with a cold or something on Sunday. This was different because it made it hard to breathe. I went to Urgent Care in Baytown. They kindly told me they could do no test or anything there but they thought I needed to go to the emergency room.😬😳😱 I called my sister Sandra for her thoughts. She said to go to Patients Urgent care on 1 10. As I was signing in, the precious man at the window noticed I was having a hard time breathing as I spoke. He said he would fill out my info and gave me my insurance card back. They put me in a room and 3 ppl started working on me. They were all very sweet. Before I left in less than 3 hours, I received all kinds of treatment including oxygen and a breathing treatment. I already was feeling better when I left. They did get my insurance info and they are billing me. All of the employees there were kind and precious. My very favorites were the precious man at the front desk, Dr Smith and the red headed lady that was real up beat. This is my new place. You should consider it being yours.

From the moment I walked into Patients ER in Baytown, I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Jaiden and Johana at the front desk were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. 🙌
The nurses were attentive, caring, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The doctor took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving.
The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized. You can really tell this team cares about their patients.

Amazing facility and medical staff! Caring, loving, knowledgeable with kids and a team that goes above and beyond for their Patients. A team that truly care for us. So lucky to have this clinic as part of our town. Thank you for always taking care of us and helping make the tough moments easier. My daughter wanted to pose with her care package 📦 🥰🫶🏻
