From Baytown – San Jacinto Mall:

1. Depart San Jacinto Mall toward I-10
2. Turn onto I-10 and head EAST
3. Take Exit 797 on the right for TX-146 toward Baytown/Mont Belvieu/Dayton
4. Take the U-turn under I-10 onto the feeder road of I-10
5. Go 0.2 miles WEST, passing the Shell gas station on the corner
6. Patients ER & Hospital is on the RIGHT

From Highlands:

1. Head EAST on Wallisville Road
2. Take RIGHT onto Sjolander Road for 1.1 mile
3. Take ramp LEFT for I-10 East
4. Travel on I-10 EAST for 2.1 miles
5. Take Exit 797 on the right for TX-146 toward Baytown/Mont Belvieu/Dayton
6. Take the U-turn under I-10 onto feeder road
7. Go 0.2 miles WEST, passing the Shell gas station on the corner
8. Patients ER & Hospital is on the RIGHT

From Dayton:

1. On US-90/TX-146 drive toward TX-321/N Cleveland St
2. Turn onto TX-146 SOUTH
3. Drive 15.4 miles to the intersection of TX-146 and I-10
4. Take RIGHT onto feeder road of I-10 (Shell gas station is on the corner)
5. Drive 0.2 miles WEST
6. Patients ER & Hospital is on the RIGHT

From Anahuac:

1. Turn onto I-10 headed WEST
2. Drive approximately 11.3 mi
3. At exit 798, take ramp right toward Baytown/Mont Belvieu/Dayton/
4. Go straight on the Feeder Road past the red light at I-10 and 146 for 0.2 miles(Shell gas station will be on the corner)
