How much water should you drink?

No matter what the outside temperature is, you need to drink 8 ounces of water every hour during the day. You should urinate 2–3 times per day and your urine should be light yellow in color. When the temperature and humidity goes up, you should increase your daily fluid intake and eat something with salt.
